We’re excited to launch our first Singles Supper Club, a deliciously social twist on dining out. Held in the stunning Hub on Verulam in St Albans, this is your chance to enjoy a three-course meal, a glass of fizz on arrival, and a relaxed, sociable evening with other singles.

 

How it works:

 

  • Mingle and meet new people before the meal begins.
  • Share a three-course menu, with seating arrangements changing between courses, so you get to chat to multiple people throughout the evening.
  • After dessert, enjoy time to continue conversations at your own pace.

 

 

The Menu:

 

  • Starter: Cauliflower velouté, onion bhaji, curry oil – a perfect introduction to the evening.
  • Main Course: Choose between
    • Stuffed chicken leg with sage and chestnut, chorizo, and smoked paprika cassoulet
    • Butternut squash Wellington with smoked pepper cassoulet
  • Dessert: Buttermilk panna cotta with spiced rhubarb compote and gingerbread crumb

Everywhere We Meet acts as host for a period of two hours from the official start of each event. During this time, we’ll be on-site to facilitate the event and help everyone feel welcome. After the two-hour period, guests remain at the venue at their own discretion.
