Cem is a true people person and a total joy to be around. He has this effortless way of lighting up a room the moment he walks in — not loudly or forcefully, just naturally. Warm, fun, and completely unpretentious, he’s the kind of host who can talk to anyone and make them feel instantly comfortable. There’s nothing showy about Cem’s energy; it’s genuine, disarming, and quietly magnetic. He brings warmth, laughter, and an ease that makes every event feel relaxed and welcoming.

What’s your hosting superpower?

My super power is bringing people together. Whether they are introverted or extroverted I always find a way to help people connect.

What do you love most about hosting singles events?

Seeing new connections organically form and evolve and the positivity these face to face events bring.

What’s one thing you always make sure happens at your events?

I will always ensure no one is left out, that I am always approachable if anyone needs anything or unsure about what to do. I’ll be there to make them feel comfortable to ensure they feel included.

What would you order at the bar at one of our events?

If it’s non alcoholic...a pot of tea. I do like rum and whiskey...not together though!

What would you say to someone coming to one of our events for the first time?

Welcome, just be yourself and don’t hesitate to speak to me if there is anything your unsure about, I'm here to look after you and make sure you have a great experience

What would you be doing if you weren’t hosting an Everywhere We Meet event? 

I’m really into my fitness and training at the gym and I love hiking and walking in nature. I just try to keep healthy as I'm getting older!
